Have you heard about this????<\/p>\n

“One Million Moms<\/em> (an organization)\u00a0has been frantically emailing ABC to let them know they don’t want Chaz Bono or any LGBT “subjects” being forced into their homes.”<\/em>\u00a0\u00a0 …..via Dancing with the Stars.<\/em><\/p>\n

What’s your position on this?<\/p>\n

Do the One Million Moms email about the Underwear Problem on Survivor?\u00a0 Or the nuclear proliferation of swear words.\u00a0 Or the blatantly sexualized plots of most sit-coms.\u00a0 Or the ubiquitous beer and other unmentionable<\/em> advertisements.\u00a0 They should!\u00a0And how do they feel about the teeny-tiny costumes worn by the women?<\/p>\n

Maybe they do….I just don’t know.<\/p>\n

AND THEN THERE’S THE DUDE (dud)\u00a0ON THE X-FACTOR.\u00a0 Apparently, we almost saw what was underthere beneath the underwear.\u00a0 (Poor, poor Paula.)\u00a0 …………..TV’s gonna have to go in the closet, soon!<\/p>\n

What better way is there to unwind and spend your time?<\/p>\n

I might suggest studying the scriptures.\u00a0 Don’t laugh!\u00a0 It’s pretty fun.\u00a0 (Also, I have that fear, you know, the one about the frogs!)<\/p>\n

You know what the iron rod represents, right?\u00a0 Sing it with me….”the iron rod is the wo-rr-rrd of God….”<\/em>\u00a0 Scriptures!\u00a0 And prophets!\u00a0 We have 15 of them who will speak this weekend.\u00a0 Yesterday, our home teachers challenged us to be able to remember and relate what they are suggesting we remember and do<\/strong> for the next 6 months. Dad had a good idea….jot down a sentence or two beside each of the brothers names that will remind you what they say.\u00a0 Make yourself an insert page for your scriptures!\u00a0 Look at it often.\u00a0 Evaluate yourself.\u00a0 Change.\u00a0 Do better.\u00a0 Be consistent and six months from now you will be happier!\u00a0 It’s a promise.\u00a0 Who’s with me and the Brewster?<\/p>\n
